Return & Refund Policy

At Essence by Ęwá, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us at info@essencebyewa.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tested shampoo and conditioner bars for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged products received on arrival
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Orders lost in transit (where confirmed by the shipping carrier)

Approved refunds will be processed to the Original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
